TSI Healthcare, Inc. introduced a new service to help their clients navigate the “murky waters” of federal policy when it comes to healthcare. While working closely with TSI Healthcare’s newly formed Quality Program Services team, the marketing department and I created the following campaign to not only get TSI Healthcare clients to sign-up for this new paid-for service but also show them that TSI Healthcare will also help guide clients 1-on-1 through these “murky waters”.
Quality Program Services Introduction Email:
This webpage was created on TSI Healthcare’s main website. Its objective was to show TSI Healthcare’s offerings when it comes to Healthcare Reform and Regulations to prospects that visit the site. The webpage is to give basic information but also to show TSI Healthcare is a leading authority on how to navigate such reforms and regulations. While on the page, visitors can learn the basics of MIPS/MACRA and download a brochure and infographic. Most importantly they can see
that TSI Healthcare offers a service to help guide practice’s through the sometimes complicated regulations.

Quality Program Services Promotional Video:
Video is a great tool to market a new service line. Most clients/prospects prefer it over reading an email. When unvailing Quality Program Services as a new service line, the marketing department and myself decided to create a video in-house that was sent to clients through email the below email. The key to the video was to show that TSI Healthcare’s Quality Program Services team would be right there beside them. Secondly, TSI Healthcare is adapting along with the healthcare landscape in real-time. The marketing team, myself, and the Quality Program Services team came up with a script, storyboard, and set for creating a video.

So the webpage is updated with the new information.
